fenel is subscription-based. You'll be billed automatically unless you cancel before your renewal date.
Your data is yours. We don't claim any rights over the contacts, notes, or relationships you bring into fenel. Please take time to read more about data in our Privacy Policy.
Keep your account credentials safe and update your password regularly. If you ever suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and let us know.
fenel is for personal and professional relationship management. Please don't use it for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful.
If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. We'll give you notice wherever possible.
We work hard to keep fenel running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Cancel anytime. Refunds follow Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
If these Terms ever change, we'll let you know through the app, email, or your subscription notice before anything takes effect.
These Terms are governed by Canadian law and we respect applicable laws in the US, EU, and UK — including CCPA and GDPR. Wherever you are, your rights matter.
Not a fenel user but your information appears in the app? Email us at support@fenel.com to request access, correction, or deletion.
If you're in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights under GDPR. We'll always handle your request accordingly.
